Ralph Waldo Emerson and his works

This blog task was assigned by Prakruti Mam.

1) Which factor defines an individual's identity the most?

I believe behavior defines a person the most. Actions reflect true character more than words or possessions. What people hide matters too, but behavior shows who they really are.

2) Do you agree with Emerson's view that every individual is inherently good?

No, I don’t fully agree. While some people may start off good, life experiences, choices, and personal values shape them differently. Not everyone ends up choosing goodness

3) A relatable quote and its relevance today:

Quote: “I am moved by strange sympathies, I say continually: I will be a naturalist.”

This line resonates  because it shows a deep connection to nature and a desire to live simply and truthfully. In today’s fast-paced, tech-heavy world, many people feel disconnected from the natural world. This quote reminds us to slow down, observe, and reconnect with nature—to find peace and meaning beyond material things.
